INDONESIA – IMAGES FROM JAVA AND BEYOND...
The western and northern parts of Indonesia; Sumatra, Kalimantan and Java are large and fascinating islands, with the majority of the country's population. Further east, the islands are smaller, the population gets more sparse, and except for the famous Bali, the islands are not much visited by foreigners.
This chapter of BLUE GEKKO PHOTO website will mainly present images of the land, the people and the culture from some of these lesser known islands in the eastern part of the archipelago. A few images from Java will also be here, as well as a small collection from the popular holiday island of Bali, which is a convenient starting point for travels further east.
